“Nutrition all too easy falls to the wayside during postpartum, but this window of time is vital for replenishing nutrient stores that may have been depleted from pregnancy and childbirth.”
- Crystal Karges

Veggie Fixation puts a strong emphasis on helping to nourish new parents.

After I welcomed my first child in 2016, I realized the importance of a good meal that was easy to prepare. As a nursing mother, I was hungry all the time, and needed food that would nourish me during this very critical postpartum healing period. Regardless of how your baby is getting fed, feeding yourself a healthy, balanced meal is so important.

Postpartum Meal Prep service provides a variety of healthy plant-based choices, which take into account mom’s (and dad’s) unique dietary needs. Meals may be delivered or prepared in your home.
